Will you travel to my location?
Yes, we will travel regionally, nationally, & internationally for your session or event. Travel fees may vary depending on distance, time of year, and package chosen. Please inquire for details.
How many photos do you take?
We take as many photographs as necessary to fully document your session or event . We do not limit the number of exposures taken.
How soon will we receive our proofs?
Your proofs will be delivered within 3-4 weeks after your session or event.
How long will our online gallery be available?
Your online gallery is available for 30 days. For weddings, depending on the album you choose, this should be available until your album is delivered.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes
Do you require a consultation to book?
We would love to meet with you but do not require a consultation to book. We understand that it may be difficult to meet. You always have the option to make a phone appointment. We are accessible by email and will answer within 1 business day.
What is required to book the date with you?
All that is needed to reserve your date is a signed general or wedding contract and retainer. Just provide us with addresses of all the locations that photography will take place, start time and requested package, and we will send you a completed contract that you only need to review and sign. You can meet with us or mail it to us along with your retainer. for wedding s, the retainer is 1/3 of the total package price (plus any travel fees) and is payable by cash, check, money order or credit card.
